Meet the team: Senior Account Executive - Partnerships & Community
Tell us a bit about who you are and what you do at WorkWith?
My name is Matt and as a Senior Account Executive, I work across multiple clients, influencer management, and community engagement. I help source content, manage key relationships, and keep a close eye on social performance and sentiment to make sure we’re always ahead of the game.
What’s one project at WorkWith you’ve loved being a part of, and why did it stick with you?
Working with Sam Reynolds and Matt Jones on their road trip production was such a fun experience. It was great collaborating with both of them, the production agency and working on the rollout plan to bring the genuinely entertaining project to life.
What’s a moment in sport (or life) that shaped the way you work today?
Having worked on large-scale television ad campaigns in a previous role definitely shaped the way I work now. It gave me a strong foundation for handling fast-paced, high-energy projects at WorkWith, where staying organized and focused under pressure is key.
If you could swap jobs with any pro athlete for one day, who would it be and why?
Easily Tony Hawk! I’ve spent more hours playing his Pro Skater series than I’d like to admit. I figure if I can nail a 900 on a video game, surely I can pull it off in real life, right?
If WorkWith had an in-house Olympics, what event would you take gold in?
Being Welsh, I feel obligated to say Rugby, but honestly, if dog walking was an Olympic event, I’d probably take home the gold! My dog’s got me walking miles every day
What’s a recent trend in sport or culture that you think brands should pay attention to?
With platforms like Instagram Reels & TikTok, short-form content has been proved to be the way to go. Brands should look at focusing on creating quick, authentic videos that really vibe with the energy of sports culture.
