ABOUT THE ROLE

WorkWith Studios is looking for a dynamic Account Manager to join our team and lead social-first brand communications across our flagship outdoor sporting goods clients.

If you’re passionate about digital culture, fluent in the language of social, and excited by the idea of activating world-class athletes and major global sporting events — this role was made for you.

You’ll combine your love of sport with your experience in social media, strategic brand planning, and day-to-day account management. You’ll lead organic social channels with 100's of thousands of followers, craft scroll-stopping creative, deliver standout campaigns, and collaborate with athletes, creators, media partners and agencies across the sports ecosystem.

This is a client-facing, fast-paced, high-impact role — perfect for someone who loves building relationships, thrives under pressure, and knows how to turn strategy into high-performance social content.

    • Lead day-to-day client and stakeholder relationships for flagship outdoor sports clients

    • Guide and implement social media strategies in partnership with our leadership team

    • Manage annual, monthly, and weekly social planning, including a rolling 42-day content schedule

    • Own publishing across global social channels

    • Oversee all community management and ensure every touchpoint reflects best-in-class brand experience

    • Develop, brief and deliver social-first creative with internal and external production partners

    • Track, analyse and report on performance weekly, monthly and annually

    • Monitor trends, platform updates and cultural moments — and turn them into opportunities

    • Write compelling, on-brand copy for social posts, scripts, captions and campaign narratives

    • Take the lead on ideation and contribute to pitch development

    • Act as on-the-ground producer during shoots with athletes, influencers and creative partners

    • Use social insights to inform broader brand and go-to-market strategy

    • Drive channel growth across KPIs including reach, engagement, followers and shares

    • Maintain a culture of excellence across the account team and wider agency

    • Pick up a phone and get creative

    • 3+ years’ experience working in the sports industry in a marketing role

    • 3+ years managing major social media channels for brands

    • 3+ years working with athletes, ambassadors or influencer talent

    • Experience in outdoor sports (Ski/Snowboard, Trail Running, Hiking, Climbing, Cycling) is a huge advantage

    • Strong copywriting and creative writing skills — especially for social

    • Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building abilities

    • Experience briefing and collaborating with creative, photo and video teams

    • Proven ability to manage end-to-end campaigns and go-to-market activations

    • Competency across Microsoft Powerpoint and other Office tools

    • A proactive, detail-driven, self-starter mentality

    • Strong leadership and time-management skills within a remote working environment

    • A degree or equivalent qualification in marketing or business is preferred

    • Proactive, highly organised, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic

    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

    • Collaborative team player, adaptable to remote work environments.
