Digital Marketing Executive

£28,000 - £30,000

WorkWith Studios is hiring a Digital Marketing Executive to work across its key direct to consumer brands in the mountain biking/cycling and outdoor industry.

Building on your experience to date and your love of the outdoors/cycling you will be working with our global clients to support creation and activation on best practice digital marketing strategies.

Working within the key account team you will be supporting and getting involved with email marketing campaigns, social media management (organic & paid), copywriting, affiliates, influencers and more.

Although this role does require some past experience in Digital Marketing, the successful applicant will be supported and upskilled in order to deliver best-practice work for clients.

This role is 100% remote, working within the account management team. The right candidate will be based in the UK and required to travel to team meetings once a month.

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the most exciting agencies in the outdoor space and represent a roster of A-List clients.

    • Help manage Social Media pages including posting and community management

    • Maintain multiple client email marketing and paid social media accounts covering the full sales funnel.

    • Build, test and send email marketing campaigns

    • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices

    • Generate detailed and insightful reports to effectively communicate campaign performance and progress to stakeholders

    • Collaborate with management to share insights.

    • Conduct competitor analysis, and data segmentation to optimise campaign performance

    • Social media publishing and community engagement

    • Experience with social media marketing including Meta Business Suite & Meta Ads Manager

    • Email campaign management or working knowledge

    • An understanding of digital marketing principles

    • Analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform strategic decision-making

    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively

    • A passion for sport and sports marketing

    • A creative and entrepreneurial approach to your work

    • Proactive, highly organised, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic

    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

    • Collaborative team player, adaptable to remote work environments.
