Social Media Executive
£28,000 - £30,000 per annum (pro-rata for 6 months)
WorkWith Studios is hiring a Social Media Executive to support our growing portfolio of global sports clients, spanning tennis, rugby, and outdoor sport.
This is a 6-month full-time fixed-term contract, with the potential to extend.
The role is ideal for someone with a passion for sport, a sharp eye for social trends, and strong organisational skills to support the delivery of best-in-class content and campaigns.
You’ll work closely with the Senior Account Manager across a number of day-to-day client needs from posting and calendar planning to campaign reporting and production prep. This is an exciting opportunity to play a hands-on role in shaping social output for some of the most recognisable names in global sport.
While this role is remote, occasional in-person meetings or production support may be required. Availability for weekend work is essential, particularly during peak sporting periods and live events.

Support on day-to-day social media content planning, posting, and scheduling across multiple channels.
Create sharp, reactive content following key sporting moments, including athlete wins and major event moments.
Write engaging social media copy for both planned campaigns and real-time sporting moments.
Support on monthly and campaign-level reporting, helping pull stats and draw key insights.
Assist with content ideation, developing concepts for both event and campaign shoots.
Collaborate on social calendars and planning documents, ensuring all work aligns with brand tone and marketing timelines.
Help prepare for shoots or activations supporting production planning (schedules, shot lists, logistics).
Community management responding to comments, engaging with relevant accounts, and helping grow channel visibility.

Proven experience in social media management, either in-house or at an agency.
Strong copywriting skills with an eye for short-form, high-impact language.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and reacting to live moments.
Understanding of Meta Business Suite.
Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, XD, Lightroom) a bonus.
Knowledge of tennis, rugby, and outdoor/snow sports is strongly preferred.
A basic understanding of reporting and campaign performance metrics.
Highly organised with great attention to detail, able to juggle multiple tasks and timelines.
Comfortable working independently but confident collaborating across teams.
