Meet the team: Senior Account Executive - Creative

Tell us a bit about who you are and what you do at WorkWith?

Hello, I'm Izzy, and I am the Senior Account Executive and Creative Lead at Work With Studios.

My role spans a diverse range of projects, from editing daily social media content to managing large-scale projects such as show reels and ad’s for our clients. My role also focuses on developing fresh, creative ideas to keep our work sharp and relevant in a constantly evolving industry.

What’s one project at WorkWith you’ve loved being a part of, and why did it stick with you?

Throughout my time at Work With there have been many memorable projects. However my favourite was working with a freelancer Jacob on the adidas five ten explained videos. I especially enjoyed the teamwork and the chance to learn a new skill—tracking in After Effects. This skill has proven incredibly useful and has given me the confidence to further explore animation and its potential in social media content.

What’s a moment in sport (or life) that shaped the way you work today?

Hiking has shaped the way I work today.

Once on a tough solo trek in the Alps. I got halfway through, exhaustion set in, and the peak felt impossibly far away. I had two choices: turn back or take it one step at a time.

I chose the latter—focusing only on the next step, then the next. Eventually, I reached the summit, and the view was worth every struggle.

That moment taught me a crucial lesson about work: big goals can feel overwhelming, but progress happens when you focus on small, consistent steps.

This is something I apply whether I’m tackling a challenging project or navigating a tough workday, I remind myself—it’s just one step at a time.

If you could swap jobs with any pro athlete for one day, who would it be and why?

I would swap with Hedvig Wessel (Norwegian freeride skier). She is just so cool.

If WorkWith had an in-house Olympics, what event would you take gold in?

Dressage: I used to compete in it and if I may toot my own horn, won quite a few rosettes. So it’s probably be the best event I would stand a chance to win in

What’s a recent trend in sport or culture that you think brands should pay attention to?

In recent years, there has been a strong resurgence in the desire to reconnect with nature. More people are embracing local outdoor adventures, from community hikes to grassroots events. By tapping into this movement and promoting accessible, beginner-friendly content, brands can resonate with a growing audience eager to experience the outdoors—without needing to be seasoned mountaineers.
