Objective

Rebuild and grow the email marketing channel to cater for long term leads as well as educate and entertain new and existing contacts all whilst representing the quality and engineered approach that Atherton Bikes represents.


Delivery

A full email design and template rebuild was needed across marketing newsletters and Flows in Klaviyo. Numerous new automations and data capture forms built and added for database growth and cultivation. Continued segmentation based around lead, intent and customer status as well as Meta integration for cross channel targeting.
